Compared to the system we use now the Classic is much more FRIENDLY and Offers Much Easier Social Networking Abilities. The original Database is intact so for those of you that was part of CMU7 before May 1st 2008 your login is the same and all your posts are still there. The only thing missing is your photo's. We will not open the Classic Site to the public until January 1st 2009, this will give you time to get your profile set up and updated. From the Baker Family aka sirdaveoh!   A WORD FROM THE CMU7 Librarian   How To Make Money Writing "how-to" Reports   This is the "real" Money Maker in the Internet Marketing Business - the basic "How To" Report. It's something anyone can produce, and with all the proper ingredients at the right time, you can become independently wealthy! The hard part, of course, is getting all the proper ingredients at the right time. Your basic "Money Making Report" is usually 10 to 15 pages in length, sells for $10, and outlines instructions, details, or a "How-To Method" for solving a problem: making more money, saving money, attaining greater happiness, or fulfilling an ambition or desire. The best advice anyone can give you on how to write a money-making report is to advise you to write as though you were talking to someone. Write in a style similar to the book reports you used to give when you were in the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. Be factual, and be clear. Know your reader and use the kind of language he expects you to use. Money-Making "How-To" reports we've been talking about are known by many names: folio, booklet, pamphlet, guide, or even Personal Success Plan. So may times putting off until tomorrow those things we need to be doing today seems to be an easy way to stumble through life. The problem is most of the time procrastination comes at a very expensive cost. The only thing “good” about procrastination is that tomorrow never comes. Here’s a good way to take control over the procrastination habit. Try it the next time you’re being tempted to put something off until tomorrow. The next time you’re tempted, instead of putting the task off, decide that you’re going to work at least the first 15 minutes towards getting the task started. After your first 15 minutes you can quit if you want. However, more that likely, after working the first 15 minutes you’ll want to either work a bit longer towards getting the task to a good stopping point or even, which is better yet, work until you have completed the task. Next time just try this “15 Minutes Towards Success” test. Let me know how it turns out for you. CMU7 members will be able to get upgrades on TE at substantially reduced prices ( life time ) thru CMU7. The problem with accessing Wallaby Traffic has been due to Cpanel making upgrades to the system before advising the script owners of the upgrades. These are creating havoc with all Walker Scripts at present and is being looked into by the owners. JOKE OF THE WEEK   CHRISTMAS CAKE RECIPE You'll need the following: 1 cup of water 1 cup of sugar 4 large brown eggs 2 cups of dried fruit 1 teaspoon of salt 1 cup of brown sugar Lemon juice Nuts 1 bottle of whisky Sample the whisky to check for quality. Take a large bowl. Check the whisky again. To be sure it's the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink. Repeat. Turn on the electric mixer, beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add one teaspoon of sugar and beat again. Make sure the whisky is still OK. Cry another tup. Tune up the mixer. Beat two leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit. Mix on the turner. If the fired druit gets stuck in the beaterers, pry it goose with a drewscriver. Sample the whisky to check for tonsisticity. Next, sift two cups of salt. Or something. Who cares? Check the whisky. Now sift the lemon juice and strain your nuts. Add one table. Spoon the sugar or something. Whatever you can find. Grease the oven. Turn the cake tin to 350 degrees. Don't forget to beat off the turner. Throw the bowl out of the window. Check the whisky again and go to bed. COMPUTER TIP   **Word Processing Shortcuts Are you a great fan of Microsoft Word? Need help in changing the text? These snippets below should help you make a little more sense of Word. To make something stand out on the page, highlight the words, then press CTRL+B to make that text bold. Use CTRL+I to italicize, and CTRL+U to underline. These keys are called toggle keys. If your text selection is already bold, underlined, or italicized, using CTRL+B (or U or I) will remove those attributes. Another great shortcut is to use CTRL+Home and CTRL+End to go to the beginning and/or end of the document. When you want to highlight a word, just double-click your mouse on that word. Want to highlight a paragraph? Just, triple-click on any area of the paragraph. (These shortcuts work in most other word processing programs as well.) Here is another quick and easy word processing tip. To open a document that you have recently used, click on File, then scroll down to the bottom of the list where you will see the last several documents that you viewed.
