I hope each and everyone of us takes the time to welcome Chuck into the family. If you have ever had the chance to work with Chuck Ellison then you know exactly want I mean.

I look forward to when the mentoring will start. I will be there hope you can drop in also at times.  We will have a list of date and times coming out soon so keep those eyes open.

Experts can you really call yourself a Expert? Some can but most can not. I have been on line for awhile now. A real Expert knows the rules of Walking It, Talking It, and Acting It. I am a firm believer you can do anything you want to do if you really want to do it. When we claim to be a expert we need to start acting it. We need to teach people by what we do, we need to show them stand behind them, encourage.

Tons of Social Networks does that make us a expert signed up to everything on the net? Nope does not might help with advertising what we are doing. I have a home base at CMU7 I know many wonder why. I am always saying friends come first, but not only that everyone has a different business. I grow and I learn.

One thing I have learned is customer service or just plain out helping someone. Yes I am on a lot of networks but I only focus on a couple of them. I take the time to get to know people invite them here help them with what they are doing. Not only do I have true friends but my business is growing in return we help each other become successful. When we find ourselves to busy to get to know someone and be there to go chat once and awhile to just say hello, then we are missing the buck. That is your main basic to marketing to know your clients the way things are today why should they waste their time if we don't have time for them?

Inviting your friends to the Monday Minutes why is that a good idea? Definitely there is where people learn what is new what is going on in the Community what tools there are to help them in their business. Most of all you get to meet other members that are into other businesses what one of us doesn't know the other might. I call it gathering friends information and learning. You learn of free classes you may want to attend. Either way if you say you are a Expert in something then you don't attend, or you don't Walk It Talk It or Act It you are not. Who are you going to get to follow you if you can't act it? People will think twice before they waste their time they will look to someone else.

I consider myself a Expert in what I do. What do you consider yourself?

As everyone knows Branding is a very important part of any business or even your personal stuff you do. Does not matter if you are on line or not on line. Branding is the first major thing to marketing on line. Building a community no matter what you are doing. When we get to busy to take the time to associate with the member or non members. Or people that have joined our friends list or down lines, we are only hurting ourselves.

That is the first golden rule we have is to get to know people to listen to what they are doing. When we do we build a good solid base these people get to know us and will be there no matter what you are involved in. When we don't get to know someone most will look at a link and just go on. There are two many networks and groups out here if you don't stand out above the rest then it's a mistake. Here at CMU7 we are here to help teach inspire and motivate people. To teach them to market on line, to help with all the tools they would need to succeed. Inspire them to move forward. To motivate them to success.

So how do we do that ? We have to get out there meet them get to know them. Once we get to know them do we just cut them down or do we continue to encourage them. When we get to busy to just say hello or how are you doing you need help? We are far from being successful when we lack the personal touch to grow and teach. The reason I opened the Public Chat was so people no matter what business they are in could come and get to know Us! Doesn't matter what they are doing or what business they are in. Personally I am proud of who we all are and I have no doubt that once they meet and get to know us. As we brand ourselves and people see who we are and what we are all about they will be right with us.

So lets all of us try to get back to the basics and reach out to people.

You could widen your network - You could search for members who share the same interests as you and invite them to see your website to check out your product or service. This is a great way to generate new members and friends.
Mingle and socialize - You could take part in online discussions. Through these discussions, other people get to know you better and would be interested in coming to check out CMU7. Through these associations with your prospective clients, it would be easier to build your down lines.
Publicize - Do blogs, sign guest books, go to forum, go to other social network sites most of all get to know people. Invite friends to meetings, or even just to join in a chat. CMU7 has so much to offer but unless we tell them to stop by and check us out even to join free at first then they can upgrade if they so decide.
Share your expertise - Are you good at writing? Share your ads with the community. If you are not that good at writing check out the classy ads to help with promotion change them around some to make them your ad. Many people will pay attention to that personal touch.
Make sure to visit CMU7 Regularly - Blog and read the blogs most of all take the time to make a comment even if you don't agree we all have something to say.
Tell people about the Mentor center you may not want to go at times don't mean someone else would not like to stop by listen and learn.

Guess what everyone its time to get back to work. Summer is over here where I am at the kids are going back to school vacations have slowed down. If we could of afforded one with the high gas prices over the summer. Other places the kids will also going back shortly. If you have been paying attention CMU7 new site has really took off with leaps and bounds. Beef has done one awesome job on this new site it is all very close to a 100%

But if you have not been coming to the monday minutes you are really missing all the tools and opportunities to grow your own business or even your personal growth. Hi Everyone if you didn't get the chance to come to the Blogging Class Thursday night. Well guess what we will be having another this week. You want to meet people get your blogs out there be sure and list cmu7 also because we are very high in the ratings for the blogs. You also need to learn where to post the blogs are and how to link them back to CMU7. You will be amazed at your down lines building up the hits to your site. All kinds of things. Never take for granted that you think you know all about blogging you never know you just might learn something. The best part you will meet new friends and contacts.
