I'm Writing this blog because I would like to inform those that care about this problem,are does not know that acid reflux effects many people in day to day life! See I developed a lung disease about two years ago! Not thinking something like this could happen to me,see I was active and spent a lot of my time in the gym and working out! Thinking I was fit and well.

I never would have thought for a minute that acid reflux was a problem! But it was, in my body effecting my lungs causing me pain to the point the doctor did not know what was wrong!after two operations and a lot of medication they determined I had a problem with acid reflux and it was effecting my lungs.

I did not want to stop the things I was doing working out and being a energy filled young man I needed to find out how to make my workout work for my lifestyle! I needed to start eating right, small portions of foods that are high in carbohydrates, such as paste, before workout. Waiting to eat foods that contain more protein and fats after I finished. It is also a good idea not to eat anything at least 2 hours before you begin your routine.

Remember also to sip enough water to keep yourself hydrated during exercise this is very important!

Also when you are away from your computer exercising more then your fingers! There are some types of exercise you might want to rule out. Anything that puts a lot of pressure on your abdominal muscles, such as heavy weight lifting , calisthenics, and competitive cycling fall into this category. Other exercises that require movement over a long period of time or sudden burst of speed, like running or team sports ( football, basketball and racquetball ) my aggravate your condition too.

So I guess you are saying how do I know which exercises are good for me? If you need to find out you can contact me! And I will help you set up a free personal fitness plan to meet your objectives. And make sure you talk to you health care professional before beginning any exercise program.

One other thing need to happen! I needed to learn how to cook and cook good food at home the food you get at these fast food places have to much fat,and fat plays a big role in acid reflux! See your doctor and have him are her check for Acid reflux.

Living as long as we can will help others we meet we all have a store to tell! I have find ways to better my life so that one day when that person that need me calls I'm there. Will you be?
