There are many facets to internet marketing, but just like marketing in the real world you have to have a product or service to market. A very big mistake that thousands of online marketers of would be marketers make is not having a clue what they are doing. The internet is a great place to be and can hold a lot of promise for all.

However what does the beginner do for a start, sadly they listen to fools, others that also have no idea but quite happy to sell it to others. The internet marketing field is a mine field of wrong information and deceit. Thousands of well meaning folks start out thinking they are going to be rich, only to find a short way down the track they can not do it.

There is a lot of very good help available to all those that seek it. So many people rush in to setting up a blog and then stare blankly at it, not even knowing what they are doing with it. You have to stop and think, what are going to use your blog for? Are you going to use it to make money, or just as a hobby?

If you are going to make money with anything in this world you have to have a product or a service. Never let that out your site.
