Purchase Agreement:
Community Marketing Unlimited offers many products and services that fall into several categories. Many of the products and services are built in an upgrade package such as Elite and VIP. You may also find products that require you to download an item and access it on your own computer. As a purchaser of such products and services it is your responsibility to access download and other wise utilize the section available to you for that purchase. We will make every effort to see that you gain access and or receive any product service purchased.
Membership Upgrades:
Community Marketing Unlimited offers two levels of membership (Elite/VIP) which allows you access to Services and Products our FREE members do not have access to. You will have full access to these products and services in a member’s area structured for that membership level. Upgrades and renewals are on a thirty (30) day calendar and will automatically renew every thirty days from time of purchase.
Cancellations:
A cancellation takes effect immediately upon cancellation of Membership Level and is not prorated in any way shape or form. Any access to products and services related to a membership level will be denied at that point and time. In other words if you purchase a membership level one day and cancel it the next day your access to products and services will be revoked the day you cancel.
Refunds Membership:
Plain and Simple THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. When you purchase a membership level the system will award commissions to those that receive a commission for that upgrade and therefore we do not offer any refunds.
Refunds Products:
All Digital products have a 30 day money back guarantee from date of purchase.
